What am I missing?

I’m an aspiring E-Commerce Virtual Assistant and here are my current specialties in regard to this field:

-Product Research
-Product Listing
-Order Processing

I feel that having these 3 is not enough to be an efficient E-Commerce VA. What skill/s am I missing? Your tips are highly appreciated. Thank you.
