INAD return HELP

Hello everyone, I'm a new seller(sold 7 so far) on Ebay and today a buyer filed a INAD payment dispute on a brand new sealed action figure i sold him saying I shipped the item damaged and added additional items such as Cheetah slippers and light box(which is clearly a LIE). He also took the figure out of the sealed box with probably the intention of keeping the item and now devaluing it. I asked him we can do a refund but he hasn't replied yet. His account is also new(created july 2026) and only had one review. I challenged the dispute and now am waiting for a response from ebay(2-8weeks). My question is should I contact ebay or just wait on the dispute?
