Confused

New to bewl; had my first consultation on 8/02 and got the notification that my prescription was sent to new life/ apothecary the next day. I honestly expected it to arrive pretty quickly based on most peoples’ experiences on here but tried to be patient as they said 3-5 days for processing and shipping. But when I hadn’t heard anything by friday the 9th, I messaged in the portal asking for an updated. Only then did they say the pharmacy was out of my order and would get a shipment in on Monday and my order would be here Wednesday (tomorrow) at the latest. It’s now tuesday at 8:31 pm and I have gotten no tracking or confirmation from ups or fedex at all (which they keep telling me I will get). Guess we’ll see if it arrives tomorrow, hoping for the best since I’m eager to start:)
