Just got wedding dress altered is this a good price range for it.

My wedding dress was 3200, it’s gorgeous ! But they needed to bring up The straps, cinch the waist, and hem, and bustle it! There are 8 layers to the dress.. price for everything is 800 dollars, do you think that was reasonable?! I felt like it was! Because I went up another place, and she was charging me to just move the straps and cinched waist was 560 dollars, then I had to go back and she wouldn’t tell me the price for hem and bustle yet! I feel happy about the place I went, I’m just wondering what was everyone’s alterations price! Thanks!
