Auralee Webstore Shipping to Canada – No Tracking Number?

Has anyone ordered from the Auralee webstore before, particularly from Canada or US? Their website says they ship worldwide, and I recently placed an order to Canada that has already shipped, but I never received any tracking information.

I sent them a message through their website asking for the tracking number, but I haven’t heard back yet.

Has anyone else in Canada or US had this experience? Did you receive your tracking number right away, or was it sent later?
