My account is blocked when I did the verification

"According to our records, you were selected for identity verification and no identity verification has been performed. This letter is to inform you that your academic record and application status at the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) is currently "inactive." Your "inactive" status will prevent you from accessing your District-issued Outlook 365 email account and downloading any Microsoft products."

This is what I got and I verified few days ago & I'm freaking out they'll drop my classes. When I try to access the link they provided, it just says session expired. Any help???
