Engine compatability

Ok so, finally fixed my tricks vibration issues (rotors and bearings and upper ball joints) now I gotta ask, what engine/transmissions can I swap into for thing/ what have yall done, obviously there's the 4.0 v6, 5.0 v8, but I was wondering if I could do a 6.9 idi perchance or the old 4.9 inline 6 or hell why not a windsor, and what transmissions to each?
