I’m working on a new podcast dedicated to the stories behind the hot sauce — not just what’s in the bottle, but the people, passion, failures, successes, and everything that happens along the way. I want to talk with growers about their techniques and lessons learned. From small business owners building something from the ground up to everyday hot sauce makers about the inspiration behind their recipes, and chiliheads about their love for all things spicy. I’m especially interested in the rough times, the good times, the unexpected challenges and crazy stories. As well as the moments that made you want to keep going.
