NY crim attorney needed, 17yr warrant

A family member was recently taken into federal custody on a warrant connected to a drug-related case from well over a decade ago. He has lived outside the U.S. openly for many years, and most of the other defendants appear to have resolved their cases long ago.

I’m especially interested in attorneys experienced with older federal indictments, drug conspiracy cases, and cases involving defendants living abroad.
