breast pain but no other breast cancer symptoms

hi im F19, not breastfeeding and i've literally just finished my period (yesterday) and my right boob has been hurting all day. i normally get cyclical breast tenderness which goes away after period stops but i guess this is more like a slight shooting pain. i have fairly big boobs (i've measured something like 32G) and i do wear ill fitting bras and regularly exercise so it could be from that? i just want to ask if any1 else gets this just after their period finishes. i don't have any other symptoms of cancer like no lumps found, no dimpling of skin ect except my nipples get itchy due to weather changes but i've been having that for literally years (i get quite dry skin usually so this isn't out of the ordinary for me) just wanted any tips as to if other people experience this or not.
