I want to feel nauseous and puke.

I’ve lost a decent amount of weight and the most helpful benefit is losing the food noise. It’s back in full force and I’ve been so hungry for a couple weeks and I’ve become a gluten. I wish I would get nauseous and not be able to eat. With??!how do i adjust it? I’m taking 3.25 pill
