low priority Safety Question

my partner is starting to get into rock climbing, and is using a lot of hand lotion and burt’s bees hand salve to help with the healing of hand skin.

I want to ensure it’s okay to do however in the room with the birds. We have air purifiers and a basic VOC air monitor, but anything with a smell to it I try to avoid.

Thoughts? I couldn’t find much at all online about hand lotion. It’s not a super strong scent, but for lotion it’s pretty strong. We’re not applying a whole bunch at a time, maybe a few pumps?
