38-year-old Kagoshima man finally enrolls in a Japanese national university (University of Kyushu). He has spent the last 19 years as a "Ronin" living in a 4.5 tatami apartment for ¥15,000 a month, continuously cramming for and failing the University of Tokyo entrance exam.
