Dissociation

Question

In July I got myself into a push crash cycle (which I've since got out of) and ever since then my dissociation has been really bad.

It used to be the case that only leaving my apartment made me dissociate. I now dissociate any time I leave my bedroom and when I'm exposed to bright sunlight. It's so frustrating and I can't work out why. I know there have been stressful things that could have triggered it, but the worsening dissociation started before that while I was trying to get up to the baseline I had before July.

Any advice about how to tackle this? I want my body to feel safe but also I don't want to reinforce the idea that my bedroom is the only place that's safe.
