Issues with "incomplete routes"

I've been building a city recently and after some reworking to my rail network I noticed I have a pair of "incomplete route" (or whatever they're actually called) symbols on the map - one is in a train station and the other is where a now-deleted station once was. However, they don't correspond to any route in the lines overview thing and there isn't even a stop visible in the actual station where the symbol appears. I've also tried deleting and re-doing the lines that use that section of track, still no success. Any suggestions for ways to remove the popups?

I feel like they may also be connected to a mass of passengers in my central terminus that seemingly aren't waiting for any line, but that feels more like a symptom of this than vice versa
