Small business owners, do u also struggle handling cash payments and digital payments?

Before I came back to working in corporate, I ran a small pastry business for more than 5 months. It was fun since I really like baking. While marketing is also my big weakness, for the most part I am stressed about my customers' payments. There are times that people pay in cash and also thru e-wallets. I easily get confused, and I feel like I have less control over the money because they don't come from one place. I hope I don't sound like an imbecile because of this lol. But is there anyone who also struggles with this kind of problem? Have u overcome it, and what works for u? Help a dumb girl out.
