Do babies unknowingly move through the multiverse? If so, how can we tell?

This question isn't specific to babies; it applies to all those who can't speak and/or lack awareness of their surroundings. Human babies, however, are both extremely small and extremely large, at least according to their parents. (Think about it: have you ever met a baby whose parents didn't comment on how small and large they were?) This makes them, in theory, a prime candidate for shifting through the multiverse. But due to their lack of verbal skills, we have no firsthand accounts of this ever happening.
