Was this reasonable? (About AI in assignment)

The issue is I recently saw a post on Rednote

The OP said his lecturer does not allow any kind of AI
No matter does they take the answer from AI

Lecturer: I want to see 0% of AI
No AI at all,and stop asking questions from AI

OP said he just use it for asking the writing structure
(Not clear about how to write it out,but having the answers)
