What makes a Finnish sauna feel different?
I’ve been reading more about traditional Finnish saunas and I’m curious about the experience from people who actually use them regularly.
Is it mainly the high heat that makes the biggest difference, or does the whole setup wood, heater, benches, and adding water to the rocks change the experience?
I’m considering putting one in at home and trying to decide whether it’s worth going with a traditional Finnish setup rather than an infrared sauna.
