Securing admission for MTech then producing LC from BTech

I am MTech taking admission through MH-CAP since CCMT looked like a long shot. Anyways, I am able to get VJTI but physical reporting requires LC. My BTech college is asking for admission confirmation to issue the document.

Is there some sort of provision for this at the reporting institute at the time of confirmation of admission? I tried to contact VJTI but all lines I got are dead.
