Suno Use Your Lyrics and Vocals

Yes legally: Under Suno's Content License Grant, uploading or generating content grants the platform a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your user content for training, marketing, and product improvement.

Platform rules on reuse: Suno's community guidelines and terms state that you are prohibited from uploading or cloning someone else's voice or copyrighted material without permission, and you are only permitted to use voice models of your own voice. However, your own contributions permanently feed into their training corpus.

Permission While you cannot opt out of AI training, you can stop other human users on the platform from reusing or remixing your specific public lyrics and arrangements.

There is no opt-out mechanism in Suno’s Terms of Service to prevent your previously uploaded or generated lyrics, prompts, and audio from being used as training data.

So anyone who used their own voice, instruments, lyrics have just added to Suno training model, this means you don't own your own voice and one day it's possible another user gets strikingly similar to your voice .

Now thanks to users, Suno has a legal catalogue to move forward and the more people who use it in future, will pay Suno a subscription to train their model when it should be the other way around 🫪
