Does your spouse keep missing the point of your love language or do they not care.

I feel like I have said over and over how much I need physical touch, but they don't understand, even though they say they do. We have went to couples counseling, and I expressed myself during our session: you can buy me the world, and it wouldn't matter. I feel connected, loved, and wanted through intimacy.

If you have been in this type of position, how are you dealing with it? Have you gotten your spouse to understand that about you?
