How to cope with absurd boss spawn rates in PVE? [Discussion]

I wanted PvE to be a more chill experience than PvP lobbies full of sweats with 5k hours. Sometimes do even pistol raids for fun etc. But appears this is a no no and you have to always bring best gear cause Nikita want goons to hunt you down every raid or always expect sledgehammer in the balls on factory. So fun!
