How long til you got broadway lottery tickets emailed to you after winning through broadway direct?

I won once before for Death becomes her and got my tickets within a couple hours. It was weird because I got two sets of completely different tickets. Reached out to them and got it sorted. So my husband and I entered for a show tomorrow. He won and we bought the tickets and we still haven’t received an email with the tickets. Just the confirmation email. The tickets are for my daughter and me to go. I didn’t realize that if we don’t get them with in an hour of the show you have to go and show ID. I’m still so new to entering the lottery. Now I’m so paranoid we wouldn’t get the tickets and have to go to the box office, he did give me his id and I have the email confirmation. Now I’m paranoid about being denied if they aren’t sent out ahead of time. The card used to pay was my card. I also don’t live super close. We are outside of Philly and it can take about 2.5-3 hours to get there depending on traffic and hitting the train at the right time. I normally enter the lottery just myself and this was the first time my husband tried with Broadway direct.

UPDATE: got the tickets at 11:45 for the 2 show!
