How many consultations did you do before picking a facial plastic surgeon in Salt Lake City?

I sell for a living so I know what a pitch sounds like versus what an honest assessment sounds like. I'm three consultations in for a revision rhinoplasty in SLC and every surgeon has given me a different read on my case. One quoted around $8k and called it straightforward, another came in at $14k because she wants to use rib cartilage, and the third gave me something in between with a completely different technique. I'm used to evaluating competing proposals at work so the variation itself doesn't bother me. What I can't calibrate yet is which assessment is actually the most accurate because I don't have enough data points in this specific domain. The cheaper plan might be cutting corners or the expensive one might be overbuilding. For anyone who went through this in Salt Lake City, how many consults did you sit through and what finally made you pull the trigger on one?
