Recurring boils on my vulva

This is kind of a very sensitive topic for me. My parents and the female figures around me were never comfortable talking to me about things like sex or hygiene cares. The only things we're mainly proper showers and like to avoid boys. I remember even when I started my period my mom just gave me a box of pads and left me to figure it out😕

And then when i started high school my friends talked about shaving and how my armpits were hairy and thats not ladylike. When I went home I was so embarrassed to ask someone for a razor so I took my dad's old razor and used it on my pits and private area which left me with quite a few cuts and grazes because I didn't exfoliate or soften my skin anyhow just went in with the razor. After that I started getting these PAINFUL bumps on my lips that were dark and reddish on the top. I never told anyone this, I would just wait for it to resolve after a couple days but they would go away and come back frequently...its been like 4 years now and this happens like one or twice a month.

I've stopped shaving down there completely and I only trim and use hair remover cream occasionally, i also were loose fitting underwear and I'm dont use anything irritating for my skin so idk why its still ongoing. Does anyone know what this may be and how to make it go away.

**Ps I live in a country were hospital visits are very expensive and I dont have the money to go there..any advice would be helpful thank you.
