Heath Burns backstory

So I'm still upset abt g3 Heath's backstory w him being the son of Hades bc it's so out of the blue. Even trying to give that backstory to g1 Heath still doesn't add up to me. So I was wondering how ppl would write his backstory. Would he be related to other greek gods/goddesses ? Would he be related to gods from another myth or folklore ? Or just make your own backstory for him ?
