What’s with the influx of “Jubilee Is A Bad Healer”?

I keep seeing people say that Jubilee is a bad healer or she’s only good in 3 healer Comp. Which is confusing to me. Because jubilee is mad easy to use and easy to heal with if you use your orbs properly. I don’t know it seems like the characters people keep saying are only good in three healer comp are some of the best healers. Like this was a thing with Whitefox after the beginning of this season. With the ones I get and how I play with them I feel like Jubilee and White fox are the best healers to solo Heal with due to their survivability and how easy their kits are you understand. CND used to be my go to when I had to solo heal but WF and Jubilee are better for me. I dunno just wasn’t sure what this “she’s only good in three healer comp” came from…
