Best Bluetooth car adapter for an older car?

My car is old enough that it has an AUX port but no Bluetooth, and I’m getting tired of having a cable hanging from my phone every time I drive.

I’ve seen a bunch of Bluetooth adapters on Amazon for like $15-30, but they all look basically the same. I mainly care about decent sound quality, connecting quickly, and not having that annoying buzzing/static noise in the background.

Anyone using one they’ve been happy with for a while? I don’t need anything fancy, I just want to get in the car and have my phone connect without messing with it every time.
