Winter storage question: does driving the car up and down my parking garage every couple weeks actually help?

I'm inheriting my mom's car and keeping it as a daily driver. That frees up my 2025 X5 M60i to sit for the winter instead of dealing with swapping out tires.

I've read through the usual winter storage do's and don'ts (battery tender, fuel stabilizer, tire pressure, etc.), but I have one specific question. My condo has an underground parking garage that runs about a block long. Would it be worthwhile to start the X5 and drive it up and down the garage every couple weeks over the winter, or is that more likely to cause problems than solve them versus just leaving it properly prepped and not moving it at all?
