Should a hypothetical, highly early start include a Rubicon for 1923 and/or 1918-19?

I believe even the creator of the base game suggested adding a very early start date, and events in both the Revolution and 1923 would be hard to cover without time slowing down. It'd also generally spice up the gameplay.
