Lost ALL of my progress

So I recently reinstalled LOD on IOS and signed in to find out I have lost ALL of my progress. All the emeralds I had are gone and the story progression is all the way at the beginning.

I’ve already reached out to support to figure out if there is a way I can find my existing account. I always signed in with Apple with Face ID.

I hope I can restore everything or even most of it. This is very unfortunate and don’t wanna blame the team on what happened but it’s still very upsetting.
