Creator subbed, browsed my whole page, then refunded hours later, spying tactic or coincidence?

Had a fellow creator subscribe today and did a refund few hours later. I’m not sure if I am thinking too much. Feels less like buyer's remorse and more like they wanted to study my content/pricing for free before pulling the plug.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is it possible to make a report to onlyfans?
