Requesting Feature : Term Replacement

I read a lot of translated webnovels and sync using bookfusion .

but sometimes the translator uses some names in their original language which I'd like to see in the translated language ,

so is there any way you can add term replacement thats available in sone epub readers?

Like [[Xiao]] Li > Little Li

or [[Wu Fei]] Tong > Consort Tong

etc.
