Which wacon is best for (mostly) writing and taking notes?

Hi everyone

I find myself having to get a wacon to use at school, mostly for writing and taking notes.

I have read many posts about this device but in most of them they were used to draw, so I’m a bit confused about which model I should look at to fit my needs.

Plus points if it doesn’t cost an eye, as I wasn’t expecting to spend money on such a device.

Thank you all in advance.
