kept noticing the same problem in SaaS founder posts
I have been spending a lot of time reading saas founder discussions lately .
And one things keeps coming up .
Someone has built the product .
The product works .
They have some users .
But then they get stuck on .
How do I actually get this in front of the right people ?
I used to think the ans. was simply do more marketing .
The more founder I talk to , the less I think that's useful advice .
Sometimes the problem is the channel
Sometimes the positioning is too. Broad.
Sometimes the founder is talking to the wrong audience .
And sometimes there are obvious distribution opportunities sitting. there that nobody has looked at from the outside
So I am trying a small experiment.
I am doing $10 SaaS Growth Opportunity Audits for a few founders.
Not a growth strategy deck.
Not 10 hacks to get 10k users.
And I am definitely not promising to fix anyone growth.
I will simply look at your SaaS from the outside and give you:
1 biggest growth/distribution problem I notice
3 specific opportunities I think are worth exploring
3 quick actions you could test immediately
5 relevant creators I’d consider testing, with the reason for each
1 suggested creator/influencer experiment
A short 2–3 page written report
The idea is pretty simple:
You already know your product better than I ever will. I can give you a fresh pair of eyes on how you're getting it in front of people.
I am keeping it at $10 because I am more interested in seeing whether these audits are actually useful than pretending I have some magical growth formula.
If u are a SaaS founder who has launched but feels like distribution/growth is the part you’re struggling to figure out, I would genuinely be interested in looking at one.
And if u have already figured out your distribution, I would actually love to hear what worked for you, because thats part of what I am trying to learn too.
If u are already launched and distribution is the part u are stuck on, tell me what u are building and what you’ve tried so far. I am curious what the pattern looks like across different SaaS products.
