Hey! I’m looking for a female flatmate for a 2BHK or 3BHK in/around Lajpat Nagar, Malviya Nagar, Gautam Nagar, or other nearby areas.

Budget: Up to ₹12k/month for my share

Preferred: Female student, preferably from Gargi / KNC / LSR or another nearby college.

A little about me:

🍷 Drink only occasionally/rarely

🚭 Don’t smoke

🫶 I value boundaries, privacy, cleanliness, and mutual respect, and I’m looking for the same from my flatmate.

Pretty chill and looking for a peaceful, comfortable living environment.

I do have a boyfriend who may visit once or twice a month. He’s mature and respectful, and he’ll stay in my room only without interfering with your privacy or common spaces. I’m happy to discuss boundaries beforehand so everyone is comfortable.

I already have some leads in Lajpat Nagar and Malviya Nagar, but I’m also open to joining a preoccupied flat if there’s a room available within my budget.
