Died Doing Gens

Okay, The title should be straightforward enough, while i was doing gen for personal reason, after doing so long enough to dry my mouth, started dying twice(literally died twice for no reason, one while doing gen and the other in the spawn), think this is a sign from the game like "ALRIGHT THAT'S ENOUGH" to stop me from doing gen?
