My Wifi says "No Internet, Secured" After Resetting my Laptop

After I factory reset my Laptop, I tried to connect my wifi but It always says "No Internet, Secured'. I've tried Some of the command prompts in YouTube but it didn't work as well. I've tried to reset the laptop again but the wifi is still saying the same
