Multiple projects multiple company management

Hello,

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated please.

I am trying to manage my to-dos across multiple projects and multiple companies. -including personal to dos.

I have set up claude to read my inbox and pull down a to-do list but I also generate 'to dos' outside of the inbox.

Has anyone come up with a system like David Allens Getting things done, to manage multiple projects and multiple tasks within those projects. Ideally with some sort of task history/ update feature.

At the moment I have some really loose system across notion and claude - claude writes to notion and so on.

Ideally I want to be able to generate an end of week updates system for the rest of the team of where we are at with things - as automated as possible.

I have had a scan on the forum but the pace in which claude moves is hard to keep up with.

For additional context - I haven't a coding background but have managed to make a couple of tools to help me.
