Openutau playback device not found Arch Linux

I'm using Openutau on Arch Linux and, for some reason, Openutau just pooped and shitted. I'm assuming it's because I got new headphones, but I don't know how to fix this issue and there's little to nothing online about how to fix my specific problem. Arch is my first ever Linux (poor decision, I know) so don't expect me to be very smart in case the fix seems obvious lmao

It's like this whether or not my headphones are connected. I'm genuinely so frustrated cause I feel like I've tried everything (restarting my laptop and crying) I really don't know where to go from here 😭

openutau preferences editor, playback settings, zero playback device options

Nothing happens when I click on it, closing and reopening did nothing (with and without the headphones connected), I really don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall cause I have a lot of cool stuff in here I don't want to just throw away (and its an AUR download, scary)
