HELP ME DECIDE: PwC BSP vs PwC AC (offshore account)

Context: I'm still deciding whether to accept this JO from PwC BSP. So assigned ako sa offshore(US), I'm a non-CPA but magiging core ako under BSP. If I'm going to take the CPALE this October assuming I'll pass, tama ba yung thought process ko na basically madedelay ako ng 1 yr in terms of the CPA experience AND I'm lowballed(23-25K) if I accept this? Or should I just choose AC
