[M26] Unstable agina despite being young? All day long pressure in my chest at rest

H: 1.83m/6'0

W: 95-100 kg (209-220 ibs)

Medications: None (does chloroamphenicol count?)

Smoking/alocohol/drugs: None

Lifestyle: Poor (see below)

A few months or weeks ago I started noticing a pressure in my chest. Most of the time I have a slight pressure (that I often don't notice if I am distracted) and sometimes the pressure is more notable (but still only mildly painful). Because the pressure is mostly very mild, I didn't think much of it which is why I can't really tell when it started.

The pressure happens at rest. When walking or doing sport I don't feel more than usual. Because it is mild I cannot tell if it is even that or just normal sport exhaustion. The very slight pressure always lasted for at least an hour, the slightly longer one was minutes long.

The pressure was usually at the evening and night, mostly starting somewhere between 11pm and 2am and sometimes at 8pm. But recently I feel it all day long. Might be uninterrupted all day.

The pressure was mostly above the left chest (or bordering the chest?) and sometimes switched to the right chest. I usually feel a slight strain in the left shoulder when arm is T-posing. But yesterday it was just constantly switching spots/areas. The pressure does NOT spread the rest of the arm, the neck or the jaw.

Also, I never paid attention before, but I may have a slight cold sweat even at home? Can't tell if it just summer heat or even just my skin being only.

The reason why I am scared is because many symptoms line up with an unstable angina. I read that is mostly happening in the 40s, has very strong pain, but I also read that it can occur in young people in that the pressure can be very mild.

Another reason why I am scared is because I am oveweight, very sedetary (on average a 20 min walk every other day) and have a really poor diet (>80g sugar per day and majority of days ridiclious amounts of nutella recently).

My parents are convinced that it's just muscle tension at worst but I am wondering if I could be in danger.
