Entering and existing issues

is it only me or you guys too having problems during entering and exiting through the automatic flap barrier gate at metro stations (especially at blue and yellow lines or maybe in more lines)?

this machine just shows my card is invalid like wtf I am running late now I have to pay an extra amount just to exit!!!! :(
