I built an Instagram Followers Analyzer — currently free to try

Hey everyone!

I've been working on a project called Followers Analyzer that analyzes your Instagram data export and helps you understand your followers/following relationships.

It answers things that are surprisingly annoying to figure out manually:

👋 Unfollowers — people who used to follow you but no longer do
👥 Mutual followers — people who follow you and you follow back
❤️ Your fans — people who follow you but you don't follow back
🔄 Non-reciprocal follows — people you follow who don't follow you back

It also generates a detailed PDF with the analysis and supports English 🇬🇧 and Italian 🇮🇹.

You don't need to provide your Instagram password.
The analysis is based on the Instagram data export that you upload.

The service is currently completely free while I'm testing and improving it.

I plan to introduce a paid model in the future, but I'd like to get feedback from real users first and make sure the service is actually useful before doing that.
