Am I burnt out?

Question

I’ve been with my company around 1 and a half years now. Between the pay, company outings, and most of the people I work with I cannot complain at all in that regard. Yes, it is hard work but all of those things have made me look past that since I came on.

I’ve always been the show up early and make a good impression type. Recently, a few wrenches have been thrown in the cog, which I get happens anywhere you go. One too many wrenches later and I’m starting to feel like any amount of sleep is not enough. I wake up at all hours of the night, I’m stressed out for seemingly no reason half of the time, I’m starting to bitch and complain to my hourly guys. Sprinkle a little bit of relationship and financial stress and I’ve lost just about all motivation to do anything other than come in, do what I need to do, and get paid.

To anyone who has been in a similar situation with a company that genuinely looks out for you and treats you well, is there any advice I can follow to get me back in the groove? Or is this a sign that there’s greener pastures waiting for me elsewhere?
