Do you really need a full ecommerce website to start selling online?
Short answer: NO.
Longer one: I have noticed that a lot of people spend way too much time building a "perfect" online store before even testing if anyone is interested in what they are selling, or don't start at all, because building an online store seems too difficult.
If I were starting an ecommerce business today, my biggest advice would be TEST IT.
How? Easy. Add the product, create a checkout link, put it in front of real people, and see if anyone buys.
If it works, then build out the full ecommerce website. Testing is everything. There’s no point spending all your time and money on a complex online store before you even know if there’s real demand for what you’re selling.
That’s actually one of the things I like about how Hostinger Ecommerce works. You can start with a simple checkout and later turn it into a proper online store without having to overbuild everything from day one.
It supports physical products, digital products, subscriptions and print-on-demand, and Hostinger takes 0% transaction fees from your sales.

For anyone who has started an online store before: what did you spend way too much time setting up that turned out not to matter?
