crack whores in garden???

Hi so I recently moved from the city centre which was loud and obnoxious at the best of times, long story short we found a bunch of condom wrappers in our garden and reported them to our letting agency during our inventory report... maintenance man came round this morning and after fixing the few other semi major and minor issues in the place, he told us a little story.

apparently this street is RAMPANT with prostitution. I can attest that having stayed here for 3 or 4 nights now, we have seen a constant stream of zombie-esque crack characters either walking past the front window or seemingly waiting for something on the street corners.

I have heard bad things about certain areas in Notts since moving up from London and always had a bit of a smug 'it can't be as bad as back home' mentality but BOY is Nottingham overflowing with depravation.

The council must make a tonne of money between the Uni economies and the seasonal fairs in the market square and everything but 1 in 3 people up here it seems are homeless.
