Safe sex in Delhi/NCR including orals/STD safety?

How are y'all making sure of sexual health and safety in Delhi/NCR given that almost more than 85% of folks don't get tested here?

I keep seeing frequent posts on cum dumps/barebacking etc which is great because I'm a very sexual and a horny person myself. But how are y'all making sure of sexual safety at your end given that you can't trust the person on face value about being tested.

I'm on PrEP and I get tested regularly for STDs too but I don't think it's worth spending so much money esp because there is a large probability that most men you're going to be engaged in sex (Oral or Penetrative) have not even gotten tested once in their lives. Rising numbers in Delhi around syphyllis/Chlamydia, etc other than ofcourse HIVs.

Also while PrEP saves you from HIV; it doesn't save you from STDs and trust me from panel testing to treatment - the costs of the entire thing definitely touches double digits in thousands which is such a bitch (albeit saves your health). But all this just makes me scared to venture out and even share a kiss as such because I don't trust the sexual safety of the person here in Delhi. My provider says ask for proofs lol - which is so funny because even if I do, I don't think anyone here is ready to have that conversation.

I'd love to know your thoughts on this?
