Does anyone have a Google TV app that shows movies/tv shows for free?

Thing is I know about Nuvio and Stremio. What I am finding for is a platform where there are Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos if possible! This would be excellent!

I know people are asking this stuff over here like too much. But I haven't found any platform to work on Google TV with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos!
